We’re looking to welcome a new team member to join us as Digital Sales Executive. 

 

You will be passionate about sales and lending, especially about helping customers and brokers through the digital and referral channels which is critical to our ongoing success. 

 

You will thrive in a busy environment, enjoy building relationships with people. We work closely together, and you’ll enjoy working as part of a dynamic team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers, identifying their needs and presenting solutions across our wide range of products and services
  • Provide world class customer service, including assisting customers with orders and product enquiries
  • Liaise with support teams to ensure customer requirements are met accurately and on time
  • Promotions and other marketing/sales exercises as directed

 

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Will have proven experience in a similar role within the retail, sales and/or trade sector
  • Will be enthusiastic, motivated with excellent communication skills
  • Will have a passion for customer service coupled with a ‘can do attitude’
  • Will be a team player, show initiative and have the ability to multi-task
  • Will have good time management and thrive on working in a fast-paced environment
  • Will need high lever of energy, enthusiasm, positivity and confidence and possess a good sense of humour
