Job Description



The Digital Performance Executive is responsible for the implementation and performance across the clubs earned and owned digital platforms, including social channels, websites and apps in priority APAC markets. This person will work in collaboration with the global Performance Marketing and Insights team to ensure all reporting and optimisation is linked to the overall marketing objectives.

This is a full time position based in Singapore

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute the day-to-day of Chelsea FC's local Asian websites and other digital products, ensuring all content is up-to-date, inputting into relevance of translated/localised content and coordinating with Communications and Chelsea TV in the UK on content.
  • Outline requirements for localisation processes, workflows and interfaces.
  • Coordinate platform localisation with agencies to confirm quality and consistency, monitoring SLAs of agencies inputting content
  • Monitor content and video workflow and encourage usage and uptake vital to localisation turnaround.
  • Define and manage local languages platform structure and content offering. Leverage SEO best practises and website analytics data to inform decision making on site's information architecture and organization and future content development priorities.
  • Review site analytics for trends and opportunities along with traffic/conversion performance indicators to best optimize local Asian websites.
  • Oversee implementation and effectiveness of tagging and tracking required.
  • Contribute to the UI and UX development with focus on performance optimisation and market relevant functionalities.
  • Conceptualize and execute content to the digital programmes, their structure, capabilities/restrictions and content strategy.
  • Work closely with the digital, insights & performance teams to gather insight on the local languages platform performance including KPIs to be measured and communicated.


  • Personal Specification:
  • Excellent time, innovative, organisational and project management skills with the ability to prioritise.
  • Strong background in digital web/app marketing (Adobe Analytics). Has previous experience in web/app/performance marketing.
  • Able to work independently and in close collaboration with a wide variety of stakeholders and agencies.
  • Deliver high standards with accuracy and attention to details and willing to develop actionable solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish good relationships with colleagues.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, overlapping skillset of thinking creatively and analytically.
  • Able to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
