Job Description

The candidate will work with the local marketing teams to execute the digital marketing campaigns for Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.

The mission is to drive paid/ unpaid traffic to the ecommerce platform as well as to offline point of sales, and generate conversions (new leads, sales). This role requires a solid expertise of the digital campaigns platforms and is very operational.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute all digital marketing campaigns according to the Marketing roadmap, including SEO/SEM, paid social media and display advertising campaigns.

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Analyse and optimise user funnels, tracking, audience targeting.

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.

  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

  • Work and liaise with internal designers and web team to deliver effective campaigns in due time.

  • Maintain our social media presence(based on the editorial/ promotions calendar).

  • Database/ email campaigns management is a plus.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in marketing or a related field.

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing (3-4 years) and ecommerce.

  • Demonstrable experience of executing Performance Marketing campaigns; SEM, paid social media and display advertising campaigns (Google Adwords, GDN, Facebook Ad Manager, DSP, mobile marketing platforms) at professional level - agency experience preferred. From campaign set up to optimisation.

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying/ creating target audiences.

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).

  • Tracking implementation, cookie pool management.

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking (Excel skills mandatory).

  • Familiar with SEO and social media.

  • Experience in managing marketing database, setting up automated email campaigns (e.g. Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp) is a plus.

  • Preferred Skills : copywriting skills, experience with A/B and multivariate experiments, experience of mobile apps, experience with Magento. Certification in Digital Marketing tools e.g. Google Adwords.
