RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for general organising, creation and implementing the overall vision of a business
• Maintain and improve the quality of corporate website, content & social media
• Maintain and improve our company’s SEO, SEM programmes consistently 
• Market and organize our company’s digital marketing training courses
• Market outreach to obtain partners in Singapore and overseas
• Maintain partner relationship, channels of engagement and marketing materials used by partners when promoting our services
• Set up marketing funnels to generate MQLs
• Work with Sales Team to convert these MQLs into SQLs
• Create and maintain our print and digital marketing collaterals
• Organize events for partners, clients, and outreach campaigns on a regular basis
• Client consultancy (email, WA, phone, video conferencing and face-to-face)
• Technical implementations of SEO/ PPC
• Oversight and QC of partner and remote teams’ technical implementation
• Ceaselessly and constantly improving the processes and technology for our delivery of services

REQUIREMENTS

• At least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
• Basic Skill(s): digital marketing, copywriting, social media marketing, basic graphics design, managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn pages, e-newsletters, keyword research, gap analysis, content creation, and content marketing strategies, CRM tools and database management
• Familiar with Apps and tools: Hubspot, Mailchimp, Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager/Pixel, Monday.com, Slack, Zendesk
• Basic coding for HTML, Javascript, PHP
• A basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and SMM is a plus
• A Strong interest in digital media is a Must
