Digital & E-commerce Executive
Candidate will be responsible for digital marketing and E-Commerce: digital ads, social media management, E-Commerce product management, customer service, order fulfilment and web store operations for watch brands.
• Work closely with different stakeholders (Marketing, Merchandisers and Logistics team) on E-commerce activities for watches.
• Management and upkeep of newness in all web-store product catalogues.
• Account Management of online stores and marketplaces.
• Responsible for managing web portal and managing online sales, content, development, delivery.
• Lead in all aspects of E-Commerce business including promotional campaign planning, content strategy and development.
• Responsible for the fulfilment of orders and logistic duties (Packing, liaising with third-party couriers on delivery of orders).
• CRM Management and Marketing Automation Tools (EDMS, Data Analysis, Segmentation etc.)
• Work closely with marketing team lead to ensure consistent message on various media.
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related disciplines.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Creative, strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and good time-management abilities
• Independent and resourceful.
• Able to have initiative and strong sense of commercial angle
