You will be responsible for :
- Defining and developing a community management strategy.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and identify best practices to maintain a strong community spirit.
- Organising various community building initiatives to cultivate and grow participation such as organising online events and partnerships.
- Generating creative content to share across multiple platforms and forums.
- Monitoring and optimising community engagement levels to ensure that targets are met.
- Preparing proposals and project reporting.
- You have at least 2 years experience in a Community Management or similar role.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
- You are passionate about spreading empowerment in the community.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
