Digital Ad Campaign Manager
CareerBuilder Singapore is seeking an experienced marketer having extensive experience in paid campaigns and ad. This position will own the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, customer acquisition and retention, including email marketing, lead nurturing, SEO,SEM, social media marketing, targeted advertising programs.
This role requires strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, paid-owned-earned media models and potential growth drivers. This person shall work closely with sales team, product team and external agencies to deliver targeted campaigns which will drive marketing sourced pipeline, and have a direct impact on marketing sourced revenue. Flawless execution across targeting, budgeting and optimization shall be the key to success in this role.
- Primary responsibilities to monitor and manage digital campaigns
- Establish KPIs for all programs while continuously tracking performance with post-campaign analysis and reporting to ensure marketing efforts are delivering expected business outcomes
- Manage receipt, testing, and any required technical adjustment of creative in time for campaign launch
- Expert understanding of campaign management methodology tools, including the ability to identify, optimize and resolve campaign related issue.
- Flawlessly execute end-to-end campaigns, liaising with key internal and external stakeholders, while communicating campaign progress and learnings in future campaigns
- Run A/B tests for email campaigns to optimize performance
- Analyze data and reports from 1st and 3rd party systems
- Ensure timely, accurate, and successful delivery in full of all campaign components. Schedule and run periodic campaign status update meetings with the respective stakeholders
- Present campaign data and analysis in weekly reviews.
- Analyze Digital Analytics Reporting & Insights wherein you will be helping translate user behavior into actionable business data.
- Examine user interaction with their digital footprints by using different Digital Marketing & Analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google AdWords, DMP, etc.
- Oversee technical GA and GTM integration projects for both websites and apps
- Deliver and implement recommendations to improve campaign outcomes and optimize marketing spends
- 3-5 years of experience in digital ad operations and campaign management, SEM optimization, digital Ads optimization, data analysis, budget control.
- Expert user of Google Analytics (GA) including technical implementation of GA using Google Tag Manager.
- Expert understanding about web traffic and levers to drive growth
- Prior Experience in using marketing data analysis tools like SEM Rush, Ahref, Similar web, Google Keyword Planner, DMP etc
