Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Pre-sales

  • Develop an understanding of our clients business issues to provide relevant, winning solutions
  • Own collateral management for Sales - ensuring everything that goes out the door is 100% up to date, style-compliant and reflects our product and company correctly
  • Assist in the preparation of responses to briefs  - own quality of all responses to briefs to clients
  • Collect data from existing campaigns and analyse to devise product/campaign strategies for clients to achieve their objectives
  • Develop and share valuable insights with relevant teams, be the go-to on all client work  
  • Support the Sales Team to allow them to be out in market talking to brands about the benefit of working with TotallyAwesome
  • Own production of sales collateral materials:
    • Sales deck templates
    • Inventory one pagers
    • Drive development and execution on schedule special packages
  • Ensure correct teams are consulted for each project
    • AdOps: Forecasting and costs
    • Client Services: client specific insights + kidsafe checks
    • Creative Team: Formats, costs
    • Pub Dev: New Publishers solutions

Mid Campaign

  • Working with Ad Ops to understand if there’s an opportunity to upsell or move existing spend to a better performing ad unit to maximise ROI
  • Transitioning IOs into post-sales execution by entering into CRM Tool
  • Project Manage the India client portfolio including content, and social media campaigns: coordinating with internal departments across our teams in the APAC region
  • Own aspects of campaign delivery: Client Management, briefing designers and creative planning, and reporting etc.

Post campaign

  • Work with ad ops for each end of campaign report including case studies as required
  • Complete administrative processes consistently and constantly look for ways to streamline and automate
  • Interact and coordinate with the sales team and team members in other departments working on the shared client accounts
  • Be an additional pair of eyes and ears for the sales team!

 

 

QUALITIES

  • You’re a self-starter, you can clearly demonstrate your ability to get things done without direct supervision and understand what it means to deliver excellence to clients
  • Some  digital marketing experience including strategy, creative, planning, execution, project management and reporting is desired
  • You have an unstoppable ability to develop and maintain key relationships with clients - they should be your biggest fans!
  • You’re insanely well-organised with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • You’re extremely driven to learn and succeed in the Digital Media industry
  • You think logically, even under pressure, and come up with innovative solutions to problems
  • You’re analytical and have a great head for numbers
  • Excellent written and spoken English
