Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide L1-L2 desktop support
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot of hardware
  • Assist users with system software update and data backup
  • Configuration and migration of windows
  • Troubleshooting of PCs, laptops and desktops

Requirements:

  • Minimally 1 year of relevant desktop experience
  • Qualification/Certification in IT
