Working location: West

 

Working hours: MON-FRI office hours

 

Responsibilities:

• Plan, budget and purchase of IT and AV equipment, software licenses for the Centre, as well as replacement of staff computers (Desktop & Laptop)
• Work closely with Central IT department and procurement team relating to websites and IT, AV equipment purchases
• Assist to create course sites every semester or trimester, as well as provide assistance to faculty/staff members and lecturers on NTULearn platforms
• Provide efficient IT solutions and network support to staff and students from Degree and Short-term Executive Development Programmes (EDPs)
• Manage and maintain NCPA websites, ensuring timely and accurate data upload, including content information updating, news reports, advert posting, recruitment and promotional updates, etc
• Manage and access shared drives on NCPA server and grant rights to new users

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in computer science related studies with at least 2 years of L1 desktop support experience
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese (to handle officials/students mainly from China)
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and technical problem solving skills
