Desktop Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Provide remote/ onsite support to end users on their hardware and software issues
• Perform diagnosis and repairs of hardware and software and ensure that they are up to date
• Work closely with end users and follow up on all requests in a timely manner
• Manage daily operations of IT services, ranging from installation, configuration, and set-up of all new computer equipment

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering/ Computer Science/ IT
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a technical service role
• Possess IT skills in MS Windows, desktop hardware and network environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Familiar with Windows 10 image refresh
