The Job 


You will be responsible for : 

  • Providing technical and functional support for incoming service requests
  • Escalating issues to the relevant parties when needed and following up till the issues are closed.
  • Tracking and documenting work logs while ensuring all standards and procedures are followed and maintained.
  • Improve user understanding through trainings and demonstrations
  • Answering queries and resolving issue relating to usage of standard applications and IT services.
  • Conducting regular auditing and providing monthly help desk reports.


The Profile 

 

  • You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • You have at least 3 years experience within a Helpdesk/Technical Support role.
  • You keep abreast of new technologies and techniques.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
