Desktop Support Engineer

Our client is a service solution provider on a mission to improve business productivity with tailored solutions and cutting-edge technologies. They currently have established a strong presence in Southeast Asia and planning to expand into further regions.
You will be responsible for :
- Providing technical and functional support for incoming service requests
- Escalating issues to the relevant parties when needed and following up till the issues are closed.
- Tracking and documenting work logs while ensuring all standards and procedures are followed and maintained.
- Improve user understanding through trainings and demonstrations
- Answering queries and resolving issue relating to usage of standard applications and IT services.
- Conducting regular auditing and providing monthly help desk reports.
- You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- You have at least 3 years experience within a Helpdesk/Technical Support role.
- You keep abreast of new technologies and techniques.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
