Job Scope:

• To assist in kitchen for assembly of cakes, pastries, and confectionary.
• To create and decorate design and/or novelty cakes.
• To follow operation processes and recipes for daily production to ensure proper quality and consistency is maintained.
• Oversee Production QC and ensure quality is maintained.
• Ensure that kitchen is kept clean, tidy & well maintained at all times, by ensuring that the cleaning of bakery equipment is done on a daily and weekly schedule.
