Deputy Director - Partnership & Business Networking

($8,000 + Allowance / Established Recreation & Leisure Club)

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify and work with internal and external strategic partners to explore and introduce new partnerships/ programs and market-relevant products to enhance customer’s experience
  • Conceptualize new business models and develop sales strategies
  • Plan, evaluate and review strategies that are unique to attract the new and emerging markets
  • Lead team to proactively solicit, manage and ensure new revenue goals from the Corporate and Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions (MICE) related opportunities
  • Maximise profit margins through integration and cross-selling of demand offerings

 

 

Requirements: 

 

  • Degree in related studies
  • Min 8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in sourcing and introducing new partnerships / programs
  • Exposure in Corporate & MICE
  • Strong business networking
  • Results-oriented individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong business acumen and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven track records in sales
