Job Description:
  • The management of Deposits, Cash Management, Operating Accounts and Transactional Products customer proposition and packages for Business Banking segment, focusing on quality to customers and value to the bank.
  • Conduct competitive feature / functionality / landscape assessments to understand market trends and develop a strategy for the positioning of deposits and cash management products
  • To work closely with Transaction Banking in the development of new products and collaborate on the evaluation and business case for entry of new products
  • Provide necessary leadership to develop and roll out new product propositions, campaigns, cross-sell strategies and product bundling
  • To ensure the overall profitability of deposits and cash management products for Business Banking Singapore
  • Collaborate with Transaction Banking, Technology & Operations, Channels and other key partners on the preparation and implementation of annual product plans to include overview of the product, its position in the market, current marketing strategies, target segments, volume and revenue performance, profitability, risk assessment, issues, opportunities, and recommended actions
  • Work closely with Sales and Channels partner to drive acquisition and cross sell initiatives including KPI construct management
Job Requirements:
  • •        At least 5 years of relevant experience in SME segment, with relevant experience in product management
  • Sound understanding of business guidelines and compliance requirements/issues
  • Strong people management skills
  • Deep understanding of in-country SME market conditions
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
