Job Description

The Demi Chef is responsible for maintaining the food quality and production. Ensure that quality and quantity of food items are served as per required. Assist with kitchen and personal hygiene. Control food wastage.  

 

We are ideally looking for someone

  • With at least 2 year experience in culinary field
  • Possess good knowledge of ingredients and cooking methods
  • Experiences with both Western and Asian Cuisine would be an advantage
  • Possess good knowledge of food handling, food preparation and cooking procedures
  • Maintain food hygiene regulations and quality standards
  • Positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn
