Job Description

1. Job Responsibilities:

  • Food preparation in accordance with daily operations
  • Involves in kitchen operations from food preparation to final production
  • Maintain quality and standard of food
  • Taking orders from guests (for Market Restaurant)
  • Administrative tasks if required
  • Provide absolute trainings to new employees
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Food Manager



2. Job Requirements:

  • 5-day work week including weekends (rotating shift in between 7am to 12am)
  • Diploma/Degree with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Hardworking, able to work with a team and independently if needed
