Data Management Executive (1 Year Contract)

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location; Pioneer

Pay: $2500 

Duration: 1 Year 

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm 

 

Responsibilities:

• Process requests in relation to creation/maintenance details of each master data type with accuracy
• Assist in clean-up of master data
• Timely response to queries and request received from internal and external customers.
• Ability to perform 1st level response to query/investigation raise by internal and external customers.
• Ensure the governance and accuracy in data setup.
• Support and assist in any internal and external audit work.

 

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or equivalent in accountancy.
• 1-2 years’ experience in handling business partner database or handling wise scope of master database related work in SAP system
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel
• Meticulous in creation and update of the database
• Knowledge of SAP Financial System would be advantageous
