Job Description

Our client is an IT Industry service provider in Asia since 1981, dealing mainly with cash registers and touch screen based POS machines.

 

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9-6pm

 

Resposibilities:

  • Perform data entry of customers' product item list and import into database
  • Support queries and issues and escalate problem to the Desktop Support Engineers if required
  • Install and setup POS application in window base enviroment
  • Provide remote support and training to customers
  • Attend to walk in customers and provide product demo showcase

 

Requirements: 

  • Singaporean only
  • Min Diploma
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin as need to liaise with Chinese customers
  • No experience required as training will be provided
