Cyber Security Engineers & Project Manager


Primary Responsibilities:

  1.      Cyber Security Engineers
  1.       Implement and maintain cyber tools, as well as, monitor the cyber tools’ health
  2.       Monitor and respond to output from cyber tools
  3.       Tune tools for optimum performance and business-focused monitoring
  4.       Configure and troubleshoot security infrastructure devices
  5.       Capacity planning for cyber devices
  6.       Respond to events/incidents with knowledge, efficiency, and professionalism
  7.       Create and participate in cyber-security practice exercises
  8.       Identify and define system security requirements for a heterogeneous computing environment (Microsoft, IBM, Linux, proprietary OS, Industrial Control Systems)
  9.       Design cyber security architecture in accordance with IT architects and current and forward-looking network design
  10.    Create, develop, and maintain detailed cyber security design documentation, as well as, SOPs
  11.    Prepare change management items and participate in the Change Approval Board (CAB) meetings
  12.    Stay current on malware, infiltration and investigative techniques, forensics, as well as, the threat environment.


  1.      Cyber Security Project Manager
  1.       Assess and oversee projects to ensure their success as defined by being delivered on time and within budget
  2.       Negotiate contracts with key vendors and suppliers to support project and or program objectives
  3.       Work with other departments and teams seamlessly on assigned projects
  4.       Ensure projects execute and follow the company’s project management methodology
  5.       Work with staff and organize department functions in accordance with company Guidelines
  6.       Report project status information collected from other team members in program Dashboards
  7.       Tracks and reports on project and program financials including items such as total capital spent, labor hours, and variances
  8.       Evaluate the schedule or timelines related to the completion of assignments, while maintaining the service and product quality
  9.       Monitor and control schedule, budget, status reporting, deliverables, and work products for all projects executing in the assigned program
  10.    Focus on achieving the goals or objectives of the department using available resources (staff and budgetary)
  11.    Develop the staff’s skills to enhance department effectiveness and manage resources to eliminate excess cost or unnecessary expenditures
  12.    Monitors team performance in all phases of service and job functions, as well as, to rectify the deficiencies
  13.    Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job.

  2.       BS degree in Computer Science or related field or 3 + years’ experience
  3.       Experience in at least 4 of the following:
  • System Administration
  • Network Administration
  • Installing and implementing security appliances
  • Capacity planning
  • Network architecture
  • Cyber forensic
  • Data Loss Prevention
  • Firewall administration
  • IDS/IPS installation, implementation and maintenance
  • Vulnerability and security configuration scanning
  • Vulnerability and configuration exploit software
  •  Anti-virus, anti-malware hardware and software
  • SIEM installation, implementation and maintenance
  • Cyber incident response
  • Secure configuration management
  • Threat intelligence
  • Metrics development
  1.       Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment
  2.       Ability to manage deadlines and changing priorities
  3.       Must be self-motivated and a team player collaborating with a team that spans the globe
  4.       Demonstrates responsibility and accountability
  5.       Must be able to communicate effectively with team members, management, senior management and consultants both verbally and in writing
  6.       Must be able to respond to calls as needed (24/7)
  7.    Must be able to design, install and implement cyber-infrastructure solutions that integrate with the existing infrastructure
  8.    Ability to demonstrate a calm demeanor when faced with chaotic circumstances
  9.    Singaporean and SPR only.


  1.      Cyber Security Project Manager


  1.       At least 3 years’ of relevant working experience in managing cyber-security projects and using project management methodologies
  2.       Experience successfully managing multiple projects executing together under a program umbrella
  3.       Must be able to communicate well, give direction, review the work of others, and provide guidance and counsel when needed to achieve department goals and objectives
  4.       Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
  5.       Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
  6.       Singaporean and SPR only.


Physical Requirements

  1.       Maintain composure under pressure and consistently meet deadlines with internal and external customers and contacts.
  2.       Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with guests, management, other team members and outside contacts.
  3.       Abilities for prolonged periods of time to walk, stand, stretch, bend and kneel.
  4.       Work in a fast-paced and busy environment.
  5.       Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to  CRT, noise, dust and cigarette smoke.
