Customer Support Specialist
Scope of activities:
 Acceptance of customer inquiries and customer support for carriers
 Performance of online and telephone trainings in different languages
 Telephone hotline for existing customers and email helpdesk in different languages
 Preparation of freight tenders and support of processes
 Care and support of existing national and international carrier contacts
 Translation of company-related texts
 Conducting of market and competitor analyses
Pre-Requisite:
 Preferred* Fluent language skills in English and Mandarin (need to talek to Chinese clients). Additional ability to speak & Write other Asia language will be ideal
 First Experiences in a similar job, ideally in the field of logistics
 Affinity for using the Internet
 A high level of organizational skills, proactivity and reliability
 Joy in direct dealing and phone calls with customers as well as self-confidence
 Prefer Diploma or Degree qualification; no experience required as on-job-training will be provided
