Our client is a Fintech startup backed by a top global incubator. Headquartered in Singapore with operations across South East Asia, they provide small and medium businesses convenient financial services including debit and credit card products, digital banking and cash management systems.
You will be responsible for :
- Being a major driver of our debit product growth through owning various product funnels through an AARRR lens
- Owning end-to-end local customer experience to improve conversion and growth rates by identifying bottlenecks, optimising for delightful user experiences
- Owning internal email marketing templates and triggers (TCRM)
- Talking to users to discover what delights them.
- Managing customer relationships, conducting focus groups and surveys, and providing the occasional support ticket
- You have at least 2 years of experience in Product Marketing, Customer Experience or similar roles
- You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
