Responsibilities:

  • Attending to clients’ queries. Providing services via telephone, email and writing.
  • Taking ownership of customer issues and following problems through to resolution
  • Review and deconflict customer feedback to identify service gaps and implement corrective measures
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards.
  • Ensuring the business operates within the company's mission statement.
  • Design and build our delivery operations infrastructure.
  • Design and implement operations workflow processes.
  • Collaborate with inter-departments and Headquarter to resolve customer-related issues, feedback and concerns
