- Review incoming cases logged
- Handling general customer enquires
- Resolve and escalate issues accordingly
- Adhoc duties as required
- Min Nitec in Information Technology or any other relevant qualification
- Candidates equipped with either IT Experience or IT Education background
- Candidate who are available within short notice preferred
