Key responsibilities:

  • perform cold calling to prospective customers 
  • schedule/follow up appointments for consultant to meet customers
  • Follow up on client enquiries, respond to and resolve issues
  • Any other ad hoc related duties 

Requirements

  • familiar with logistics and supply chain operations
  • strong communicator and experience in communicating/liaising
  • good telephone and communication skills
  • confident, can demonstrate initiative and is persistent
  • Competent in Internet and Microsoft Office Suite
