Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first level support for customers’ enquires.
  • Regular update for follow up action and problem status
  • Redirect problems to appropriate resources and escalate situations if required
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone and email
  • Able to work shifts and during weekends / public holidays.

 

Minimum Requirements

Educations:  GCE ‘O’ level / ITE/ NiTEC.

Experience: No experience required

 

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Good analytical and communications skills.
  • Only Singaporeans need apply.
