- Provide first level support for customers’ enquires.
- Regular update for follow up action and problem status
- Redirect problems to appropriate resources and escalate situations if required
- Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone and email
- Able to work shifts and during weekends / public holidays.
Educations: GCE ‘O’ level / ITE/ NiTEC.
Experience: No experience required
