Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first level support for customers’ enquiries.
  • Regular update for follow up action and problem status.
  • Redirect problems to appropriate resources and escalate situations if required.
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone and email.
  • Able to work shifts and during weekends/ public holidays.
  • Proficiency in English.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Good analytical and communication skills.
  • Only Singaporeans and PR need to apply.

 

Education: GCE ‘O’ Level / ITE / NITEC

Experience: No prior experience required
