- Regular update for follow up action and problem status.
- Redirect problems to appropriate resources and escalate situations if required.
- Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone and email.
- Able to work shifts and during weekends/ public holidays.
- Proficiency in English.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
