Job Description

  • Nearest MRT: UBI - Walking distance from MRT
  • Salary: Up to $2600 + Bonus

 

Jobs Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
  • Identify the issue encountered by the customer and open the right support ticket in the system
  • Coordinate with maintenance support team to resolve clients’ concern
  • Monitor and follow up on all outstanding support ticket
  • Provide customer service reports
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, transportation, and sales if needed
  • Record product quality and customer response trends on timely basis
  • Participate in customer-retention programs
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Singaporean Only
  • Minimum O/A/Diploma in any field or its equivalent
