Job Description

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Customer Service case updating, logging and filing in ERP system
  • Coordination and resolving of customer queries and providing after sales services
  • Handling of documentation for clients
  • Coordinate projects according to schedule and to client’s satisfaction and budget
  • Handle documentation submission 
  • Preparing of weekly reports
