Job Description

  • Process customers order for products such as generating invoices, updating delivery schedule and records
  • Answer phone calls from customers regarding order requests, enquiries and concerns
  • Update customer information, sales records to support Sales Team and generate Monthly Statement of Accounts to customer.
  • Update Inventory Movement Records for assigned products
  • Perform general admin work to support sales team such as filing of invoices, delivery orders, documents and order stationaries and supplies for company

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Secondary 4 education. Those with GCE N/O Level/ITE/ Diploma qualification will be an advantage
  • Possess Microsoft EXCEL and WORD Document skills
  • Good Verbal Communication Skills
  • Experience in data entry work or sales admin support will be an advantage
  • Customer service oriented and able to project a professional image
  • Positive Working Attitude and Team Player

 

Salary, Benefits & Other Information

  • Basic Salary Range - $1,600 to $1,800 per month depending on experience.
  • 13th month AWS/Bonus
  • 3 Months Probations
  • Medical Benefits
  • On-The-Job Training & Coaching by Supervisor
  • 5.5 Working days per week
  • Working Hours (8 am to -5pm)
  • Working Location at Tuas Bay Walk
