The Job

You will work with a cross-functional team and be responsible for :

  • Managing the entire sales cycle and delivering top-class customer service
  • Achieving sales goals to maximise growth opportunity
  • Contacting new leads to schedule demos and demonstrating most relevant features/functionality for their business needs
  • Conducting regular follow ups and ensuring converted leads have onboarded smoothly
  • Managing sales activities through strong relationship-building, product knowledge and customer support

 

The Profile

  • You have experience in sales, business development or account management, with track record of outstanding sales achievement.
  • You ideally have experience in SaaS or Tech startup, as well as working with small businesses.
  • You have experience working with CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills is required.
  • You are able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment, under pressure to drive business results
  • You are highly-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets within a small tam
  • You are analytical and always seeking innovative ways to increase sales and manage accounts.
