You will work with a cross-functional team and be responsible for :
- Managing the entire sales cycle and delivering top-class customer service
- Achieving sales goals to maximise growth opportunity
- Contacting new leads to schedule demos and demonstrating most relevant features/functionality for their business needs
- Conducting regular follow ups and ensuring converted leads have onboarded smoothly
- Managing sales activities through strong relationship-building, product knowledge and customer support
- You have experience in sales, business development or account management, with track record of outstanding sales achievement.
- You ideally have experience in SaaS or Tech startup, as well as working with small businesses.
- You have experience working with CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills is required.
- You are able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment, under pressure to drive business results
- You are highly-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets within a small tam
- You are analytical and always seeking innovative ways to increase sales and manage accounts.
