The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Managing key accounts and providing amazing customer service from onboarding to feedback & support.
  • Building strong relationships and interacting with them via various channels.
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly KPIs
  • Developing retention and upselling strategies designed to increase existing business
  • Having a deep understanding of the platform to provide customers information on relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs

 

The Profile

  • You have some experience in sales, business development or account management, ideally within SaaS or Tech startup.
  • You have experience working with small businesses
  • You have experience working with CRM system and managing pipelines
  • You have a proven track record of outstanding achievement
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment to drive business results
  • You have a strong sales mentality and are self-motivated
  • You have an analytical approach to developing sales strategy
