You will be responsible for :
- Managing key accounts and providing amazing customer service from onboarding to feedback & support.
- Building strong relationships and interacting with them via various channels.
- Achieving and exceeding monthly KPIs
- Developing retention and upselling strategies designed to increase existing business
- Having a deep understanding of the platform to provide customers information on relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs
- You have some experience in sales, business development or account management, ideally within SaaS or Tech startup.
- You have experience working with small businesses
- You have experience working with CRM system and managing pipelines
- You have a proven track record of outstanding achievement
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You are able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment to drive business results
- You have a strong sales mentality and are self-motivated
- You have an analytical approach to developing sales strategy
