Our client is a Fintech startup backed by a top global incubator. Headquartered in Singapore with operations across South East Asia, they provide small and medium businesses convenient financial services including debit and credit card products, digital banking and cash management systems.
You will be responsible for :
- Engaging clients yourself and with your team on the issues that are most important to them
- Designing and executing a seamless customer lifecycle
- Turning each customer's touch point into a delightful experience
- Managing the engagement and churn for your portfolio of clients
- Leading and training a team of onboarding officers
- You have a degree from a reputed university with at least 4 years of work experience in a management customer-facing role
- You are able to lead end-to-end initiatives, from defining the vision to driving and executing a plan.
- You are able to learn and innovate to build things from scratch.
- You are passionate about customers and have a strong sense of empathy
- You have strong problem-solving skills with a get-it-done attitude
- You have strong leadership experience and are a hands-on individual.
