- Analysing clients’ data and feedback, turn into onboarding and retention strategies and feed into the product road map.
- Assist customers with Abaca’s application to their business needs.
- Communicate with customers by telephone, email, live, chat, remote team viewer and online portal.
- Drive adoption and outcomes leading to renewals and expansion
- Investigate the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution to solve the problem, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution
- Resolve product or service problems by tending to the customers’ needs
- Bachelor’s Degree required with at least 3 years of customer support experience
- Analysing information capability
- Empathy and ability to understand customers’ needs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
