Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Analysing clients’ data and feedback, turn into onboarding and retention strategies and feed into the product road map.
  • Assist customers with Abaca’s application to their business needs.
  • Communicate with customers by telephone, email, live, chat, remote team viewer and online portal.
  • Drive adoption and outcomes leading to renewals and expansion
  • Investigate the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution to solve the problem, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution
  • Resolve product or service problems by tending to the customers’ needs

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required with at least 3 years  of customer support experience
  • Analysing information capability
  •  Empathy and ability to understand customers’ needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Multi-tasking
