Job Scope:

• Provide the first point of contact for customers
• Assist customers in their concerns and queries
• Help customers to escalate their issues
• Provide general customer support on-site and through various communication channels
• Update the company’s customer records
• Follow up on enquiries and sales opportunities
• Generate customer interest in our products and services

Requirement:

• Able to interact professionally with Chinese and English-speaking clients
