We are expanding!

 

We looking for strong work ethic with positive attitude to join us as Customer Services Assistant to assist our Sales and Marketing Team.

 

Job Descriptions:

  • Providing quotes to incoming customers, co-ordination, accounts and follow up call
  • Organising/dispatching sales appointments and workload
  • Handling telephone enquiries and customer service
  • Answering inbound customer calls relating to their insurance needs whilst providing exceptional service
  • Taking a genuine interest in every customer to ensure they have first class experience
  • Proactively assessing customer needs
  • Being a collaborative, engaging and actively involved team player
  • Looking to put forward your ideas and initiatives to continually improve our customer experience

 

Requirements:

  • The ability to relate to, understand and communicate with a wide variety of people
  • The ability to actively listen, use initiative and consider multiple points of view without judgement
  • To be emotionally resilient, able to work under pressure and be able to handle difficult situations with confidence
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to notice and act on opportunities for improvement 
  • Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel)
  • Super friendly and confident phone manner
  • Strong communication skills are a MUST
  • Negotiation skills would be advantageous
  • Must have the ability to build rapport with all types of people
