Job Description

Job Description: 

  • Answering telephone calls and verifying informations 
  • Transfering of calls to respective departments or personnels
  • Perform appointment-booking duties (i.e. to make, change and cancel appointments for patients)
  • Proficient in Minutes Taking
  • Coordinate appointment with other departments where possible
  • Contact and follow-up with clinic on patient’s request.
  • Attending to general enquiries
  • Handling of complaints and feedbacks
  • Providing an excellent call centre services
  • Ad-hoc duties required as a Call Centre Service Associate

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE N / O levels / Diploma 
  • Prior customer service experience in the service or healthcare industry will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications
  • Positive attitude
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Patient service oriented with focus on service standard
  • Able to start work on short notice or immediately
