Job Description

Duties:

 

  • To ensure that the team is familiar with company ‘s products process knowledge and are competent in delivering customer service in a professional manner
  • Maintain and improves call centre operations by monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving problems, managing system and process improvement and quality assurance program
  • Establish clear roles, directions, responsibilities and performance requirements for call centre agents
  • Handles customer complaints (VOC, Emails, calls, etc)
  • Call evaluation, ensure customer receives the highest level of customer service
  • Pitch new ideas / solutions to improve customer experience

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • At least 3 year(s) in the call centre/service centre experience.
