- Answering of calls from distribution partners
- Clearing of emails from any parties
- Service distributors professionally with the objective of exceeding expectations with the service provided
- Resolve distributor problems, proactively and reactively, based on ability to identify and interpret service issues properly
- To ensure that the 2nd level tasks are tracked and managed in accordance with the SLAs set.
- Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years of customer service experience in a call centre environment.
- Strong communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Word/Excel.
- Financial consultants who are looking to move away from sales are welcomed to apply.
- Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm.
