Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Answering of calls from distribution partners
  • Clearing of emails from any parties 
  • Service distributors professionally with the objective of exceeding expectations with the service provided
  • Resolve distributor problems, proactively and reactively, based on ability to identify and interpret service issues properly
  • To ensure that the 2nd level tasks are tracked and managed in accordance with the SLAs set.

 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years of customer service experience in a call centre environment. 
  • Strong communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficient in MS Word/Excel.
  • Financial consultants who are looking to move away from sales are welcomed to apply. 
  • Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm.
