Job Description

• Location: Tanjong Pagar
• Employment Type: Permanent
• Working Hours: 12-hour shift rotating (42 hours per week)

The Role

  • Act as key customer touchpoint, attending to general and technical enquiries over the Phone, Online Chat, Social Media or Email 
  • Create and manage tickets for new issues, follow-through (including escalation procedures) till resolution and closing tickets. 
  • Support and deliver consultative support
  • Engage potential customes to understand needs and make basic recommendations for products & services 
  • Ensure effiient and timely response to callers and explaining possible solutions
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure the accurate flow of information in and out via the contact centre
  • Taking part in training and other development opportunities 
  • Be involved in making recommendations and initiatives that will improve procedures and customer experience 

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Tech savvy and keen to learn new technology 
  • Able to work independently
