Customer Service Specialist (Call Centre/Live Chat) - Technology / Shift /spslip
• Location: Tanjong Pagar
• Employment Type: Permanent
• Working Hours: 12-hour shift rotating (42 hours per week)

- Act as key customer touchpoint, attending to general and technical enquiries over the Phone, Online Chat, Social Media or Email
- Create and manage tickets for new issues, follow-through (including escalation procedures) till resolution and closing tickets.
- Support and deliver consultative support
- Engage potential customes to understand needs and make basic recommendations for products & services
- Ensure effiient and timely response to callers and explaining possible solutions
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the accurate flow of information in and out via the contact centre
- Taking part in training and other development opportunities
- Be involved in making recommendations and initiatives that will improve procedures and customer experience
Who are we looking for?
- At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Tech savvy and keen to learn new technology
- Able to work independently
