• Salary: Basic up to $3200 + Shift Allowances + KPI Incentives up to $500 per month
• Working Hours: 44 hours per week between 4am - 11pm (5 days between Mon to Sun)
You will be representing a Top Fortune 500 company, providing client support to the Regional / Local markets.
- Providing post-sales customer service support / troubleshooting support through live chats & emails to the client’s B2B customers on Online Advertising
- Support and deliver consultative support
- Perform data analysis and support initiatives that will improve our customer experience and drive business growth
- Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and the customer experience
- Diploma / Degree in any field
- Strong communication skills
- IT and social media savvy
- Able to commit to shift hours
