• Employment Type: Permanent
• Salary: Basic up to $3200 + Shift Allowances + KPI Incentives up to $500 per month
• Working Hours: 44 hours per week between 4am - 11pm (5 days between Mon to Sun)

 

You will be representing a Top Fortune 500 company, providing client support to the Regional / Local markets.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Providing post-sales customer service support / troubleshooting support through live chats & emails to the client’s B2B customers on Online Advertising
  • Support and deliver consultative support
  • Perform data analysis and support initiatives that will improve our customer experience and drive business growth
  • Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and the customer experience

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in any field
  • Strong communication skills
  • IT and social media savvy
  • Able to commit to shift hours
