Customer Service & Sales Admin (Up to $2600 / Central / Perm) -spslip
• Employment Type: Permanent Full-time
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office hours
• Salary: Up to $2600 + Performance Bonus
- Provide customer service including answering and attending to enquiries via phone, email, or social media
- Generate quotations / invoices for customers
- Prepare proposal documents for projects and tenders
- Provide prompt follow-up on sales leads and provide excellent client servicing
- Ensuring smooth procurement process and timely deliveries
- Sales order processing and management of sales order fulfilment process
- Perform online marketing and handle social media accounts / postings to build brand reputation
- Prepare materials for email marketing
- Supporting other admin-related functions and ad-hoc duties
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum GCE O Levels
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service / administrative work
