Customer Service Representative - US MNC @ Somerset / Up to $2200 (spztc)

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized distributor and members support via emails and phone calls
• Process and coordinate order accurately, and checking payments
• Ensure accuracy and timely update of records and relevant documents
• Prepare certificates and awares for distribution
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• At least 1 year working experience in service-related roles such as CSO and Retail Assistant
• Bilingual in Engish and one other language
• Able to start on short notice
• Able to work long-term for conversion
• Singaporeans only

Other Information

• Working Hours: 10.30am to 7.30pm (Mon to Fri), 10.30am to 3.30pm (Alt Saturday)
• Location: Somerset
• Salary: Up to $2200
