Job Description

 

Job Duties:

  • Manage incoming calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Sell products and services
  • Process orders
  • Meet individual/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Answer customer enquiries regarding products and service questions
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
