- Process customer sales orders and ensure on time delivery fulfillment
- Handle customer weekly rescheduling reports & follow up with customer’s enquiries.
- Ensure all customer’s issues reported are resolved and addressed in a timely manner
- Responsible for maintaining low inventory level by constant review of overdue sales backlogs
- Ensure record filing and documentation
- Any ad-hoc admin task as assigned.
- Minimum GCE “O” level & above
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Diploma holder with no experience will also be considered
- Good communication skills and positive work attitude
- Familiar with MS Word and Excel
- Able to communicate in Mandarin as need to liaise with overseas Mandarin speaking customers
- Knowledge of SAP would be an added advantage
