Job Description

  • Order Process Management. Receive, check and process customer orders received on SAP. Follow up with customers or internal departments on missing or incorrect data
  • Monitor customer order backlog and pro-actively inform the customers of any relevant changes in delivery schedules
  • Analyse forecast demand against actual orders for all scheduling agreements and give feedback to customer
  • Coordination of any special shipping arrangement with the manufacturing locations, freight companies and warehouse
  • Monitor shipping delivery and process export shipping documents
  • Coordinate relevant actions with Supply Chain, Sales and Customer
  • Process customer complaints on the SAP system per the company guidelines

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
  • Preferably with 2 to 3 years of relevant order management experience
