Job Description

Responsibilities:  

 

  • You will ensure calls are answered promptly and in the most courteous/friendly manner
  • Act as 1st point of contact for Customer Support and Escalation
  • Explain procedures; answering questions and providing information to customers
  • Provide updates to customers regarding service attendance and work progress
  • Ensure Service teams are activated and deployed to site whenever a service call is received
  • Coordinate resolution of issues with appropriate support areas as necessary.
  • Monitor the customer satisfaction index monthly.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding necessary changes and updates; including policies, upgrades, and customer care issues.
  • Assist in administrative duties or other jobs as assigned by supervisor.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manning call centers or telemarketing.  Able to communicate well in their local language and have a flair for customer service. No technical experience required.
