Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Answering to Broker & Clients' emails and telephone calls
  • Provide options and solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Supporting the Relationship Manager on key accounts
  • Promote the use of online system to clients and brokers
  • Attend to walk in clients
  • Excellent working knowledge of products and systems in order to support the delivery of high level Customer Service
  • Receipt, log and scan servicing posts and other documents
  • Carry signature verification checks for mandated documents 
  • Assign queue tasks for service provider to case receipt and re-direct tasks for follow up
  • Filing of all new proposals and other documents received
  • Manual preparation of ILP encashment letters
  • Prepare policy documents to be sent to customers
  • Prepare proposals and other documents to be sent for offsite storage
  • Checking of documents after vendor has confirmed storage has been completed

Requirements: 

  • Minimum Diploma holder
  • Minimally 1 - 2 years of experience in similar/related function, preferably in banking & finance industry. 
  • Demonstrate good customer services
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of Life Insurance products and Ops administration processes
  • MS Excel knowledge is essential
  • Team player and capable of building relationships across peer partners
  • Good time management
