An established organization is seeking dynamic individuals to explore the following position:
CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONNEL
Responsibilities
- Attend to customers’ enquiries, feedback and complaints
- Manage counter service
- Attend to teachers’ and customers’ requests
- Involve in school operations such as checks on safety and cleanliness, sales of textbooks and compilation of reports
- Provide general admin support
- Assist in the general marketing activities of courses
- Perform cashier duty
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma & above
- Minimum 2 years sales experience preferably in retails environment
- Possess good telephone etiquette / pleasant disposition / interpersonal skills
- A polite, confident and friendly manner
- Enjoy talking to prospects and building relationships
- Resourceful, flexible and persuasive
- Well-organized and thorough, even under pressure
- Good computer skills, especially MS Power Point, Word & Excel
- Enjoy working within a target-driven team environment
