Job Description

An established organization is seeking dynamic individuals to explore the following position:

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONNEL

 

Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers’ enquiries, feedback and complaints
  • Manage counter service
  • Attend to teachers’ and customers’ requests
  • Involve in school operations such as checks on safety and cleanliness, sales of textbooks and compilation of reports
  • Provide general admin support
  • Assist in the general marketing activities of courses
  • Perform cashier duty

 

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma & above
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience preferably in retails environment
  • Possess good telephone etiquette / pleasant disposition / interpersonal skills
  • A polite, confident and friendly manner
  • Enjoy talking to prospects and building relationships
  • Resourceful, flexible and persuasive
  • Well-organized and thorough, even under pressure
  • Good computer skills, especially MS Power Point, Word & Excel
  • Enjoy working within a target-driven team environment
