Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and attend to customers when they arrive for their scheduled appointments
  • Manage customer appointments and room reservations
  • Attend to telephone inquiries 
  • Perform registration, payment collection, data entry and administrative duties to customer
  • Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned

 

Requirements

  • 5 days work in a week
  • Experience not required, though it will be helpful
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin: of a moderate level as need to liaise with Chinese Speaking Clients
  • Customer-centric with positive work attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
